To be fair, the game was pretty different when I started the thread; back then if you tried to maintain negative heat generation to keep heat at zero and avoid risk of a game over, it took a good bit longer than it would take to fill up a 'level up' bar the game had to fill out your grid and level up, so I was left there staring at a full bar with nothing I could interact with without taking actions that seemed counterintuitive to the point of the game. Now the balancing and presentation of the game make it plainly clear what the player should be doing from the start and the problem is alleviated without need for tutorialization.

Oh I meant clicking and pulling up and down on the Schlongus without uprooting it, as opposed to just clicking to collect spore/increase energized modifier. Sorry for any confusion by my statement.

It'd be neat if 'stroking' the schlongus also had a purpose for active play as a way to differentiate from other clicker games.

Just a simple bit of text explaining it somewhere on screen or as a note below the game would work, as it takes a decent amount of time to get to the point where you can fully support the first set of crushers before merging to level up, meaning some people like me will waste a good amount of time not understanding why they aren't increasing their level but refuse to experiment with buying more crushers because excess heat builds up pretty quick in the early game. Sorry for slow reply.

Nevermind, figured it out; decided I'd try to suicide by buying more crushers than I could support, turns out I just needed 3 more crushers and my level went up. Wish something explained that requirement more clearly.

My grid level bar is full and I'm maintaining 0% heat like I assume is the point, but its not going up past level 1?

Just came back to check if 1.13 was finally out, finally saw the 'mobile game' update. Sucks for me cuz I don't own a phone, but good for you and I hope you find success.

Solid game, and very enjoyable, though I gotta say its kinda boring only having to hold D and toggle WAS to win as archer from mid game on; that shadow clone power is WAY too strong. IIRC I had 0.9 Attack Delay + 11 range + 40-something% crit, double arrows, piercing, 10% chance to double-attack, 5% chance to explode, and the EXP bounty, which meant i gained roughly 15 talent points every night.

this is hell. 10/10

Yeah, I spent a ton upgrading the grinder and it seems like a complete waste. My rank 87 drill w/ Tip 10 is giving more stone profit than my Grinder 73 with Wheel 10 by a significant margin and it doesnt seem like the grinder will catch up, which is idiotic since the drill head is better than the grinder cog upgrade since it gives metal AND gem chances.

I deleted my post due to realizing I WAS getting my iron from the machines; I just had to click collect twice every now and then.

Glad to hear a fix is planned, and I'll gladly update my rating in the future once the fix is released and things are working more smoothly. As I said I conceptually love the game and it's theming, its just the frustrating current state that was bothering me.

I wanted to like this game, but I cannot abide a game that actively cheated me. The rules stated you cannot play two even cards in a row and you cannot play a card matching the tops of any stacks. His capture stack shows a 9, he plays a 9. I press the bell, I get penalized. He plays a 4, then a 6. I press the bell, I get penalized. Unless I'm supposed to ring the bell WHEN the cards are on the table, which it WON'T LET ME DO due to the bastard never shutting up, I don't see how I was in the wrong for ringing the bell. Without the 10 points he got because I tried to play the game properly, he lost, as I would've captured the 9 he played to capture my 2 on the last turn to get 101 points. Its a wonderful idea, and theming, and had an amazing premise, but the sheer frustration at the failings of the game ruined the experience for me.

9.5/10 on presentation and concept, but until either an explanation of why I couldn't call him on his cheating is proffered or whatever language barrier errors caused me to misunderstand the rules regarding the bell is fixed, I cannot give it more than a 5/10 on playability.
